Shipping

Carriers

• Small parcels ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS within the continental United States.

• Pallet and bulk orders ship via LTL freight with reputable carriers.

• International orders ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or a nominated freight forwarder.

Processing times

• Orders placed by 5:00 pm Eastern Time are processed the same business day whenever possible.

• Orders placed after 5:00 pm ET are processed the next business day.

• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday.

Transit estimates

• Parcel deliveries: typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

• Freight deliveries: typically 5 to 10 business days, depending on destination and appointment requirements.

• Delivery times are estimates and are subject to the carrier’s service terms for the destination.

Address changes and delivery issues

• Contact us immediately if you need to update a shipping address. Once an order has shipped, reroute fees or address correction fees charged by the carrier will be billed to the customer.

• For freight shipments, the receiver is responsible for arranging dock access or liftgate service. If a redelivery or accessorial fee is charged by the carrier, it will be billed to the customer.

Payment

• We accept major debit and credit cards and ACH or bank wire.

• Payment must be received in full before shipment unless you have approved Net Terms on file.

• For approved wholesale accounts, Net 15 or Net 30 may be available after review.

• Cash on delivery is not available in the United States.

Complaints and warranty claims

If the goods you received are not as described or are defective, contact info@cupffeeusa.com with your order number, description of the issue, preferred resolution, and supporting photos. We will review and, where appropriate, arrange replacement, credit, or refund in accordance with U.S. law and this policy.
